Common reasons include: (1) You've reached your concurrent sandbox limit, (2) Your account has exceeded cost limits, or (3) The selected instance type is temporarily unavailable. Check your dashboard for specific error messages.

Yes! Pro and Enterprise plans support custom Docker images from Docker Hub, AWS ECR, or other registries. Specify the image when creating a sandbox. See our Custom Docker Images Guide.
Compute time is billed per second while your sandbox is running. Stopped sandboxes don't incur compute charges. You can see real-time usage in your dashboard and set up cost alerts to avoid surprises.
Stopping a sandbox pauses compute charges but preserves your data and configuration. You can start it again later. Deleting a sandbox permanently removes all data and cannot be undone.
